Walkthrus

Kokiri Forest- A Hero in Training

Once the long cut scene is over, you we be in control of Link. Walk out of the hut and go down the latter. You will now be on the ground. Do what ever you want, play around with Link, and talk to the people. Once you have finished, then walk around the Kokiri forest until you find a small tunnel. Go into it(Press A when the blue thing says enter!) and watch out for the boudler. Keep walking until you find a little ditch with a treasure chest. Open the chest and you will now have the Kokiri Sword. A junky sowrd which Link will have to use during his childhood. Now head back to Kokiri forest. Slash the grass and throw rocks until you have at least 40 ruppies. go to the building with the red roof and talk to the man. Buy the Deku shield. If you have any extra ruppies, buy some Deku sticks and some Deku nuts. That finished. Go to a small hole where you will meet Mido. A stuck up dork. Talk to him and he will let you pass with some hesitation. Now go through the passage watching out for the big sticks that pop up. Once you get to the Deku Tree, a long cut scene starts.

The Lost Woods

Inside the Great Deku Tree
After the cut scene is over. Walk into the passageway in the tree. Once you get in, you will be on a floor with lots of enemies. Slash up the big plants that come out to get you.
